Pastor Burliss, along with his wife Dawn and daughter Brittany have been at First Church of the Open Bible since 2005.
Pastor Burliss has pastored churches in Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa.
He is a graduate of The Rockford School of Theology and has earned Masters degrees and a Doctorate from Ashland Theological Seminary.
He's a great man of God, and a die-hard Packers fan.

Pastor Keith has a passion for children’s ministry and has been a children’s pastor for 15 yrs. He is a licensed Open Bible minister. He incorporates all types of ministry tools for children; puppets, illustrated lessons, video, etc. He also conducts children’s crusades. Pastor Keith has been both a fulltime and bi-vocational pastor.
Keith enjoys football (Michigan Wolverines/the Wilkinson’s home state and the Oakland Raiders) golf, and spending time with family.
